"My daughter was one of Carmie’s very first students when Full STEAM Ahead opened in the fall of 2022. We were new to the area, and she had recently been diagnosed with a speech delay. Her SLP recommended preschool to help with socialization, and finding Full STEAM Ahead was one of the best things that could have happened for our family.
Carmie already had an incredible curriculum in place, but what truly set her apart was her willingness to learn and adapt to meet each child’s unique needs. She took the initiative to research ways to better support children with speech delays and welcomed suggestions and collaboration with our SLP. That level of dedication and care meant the world to us.
Over the years, Carmie and her family became so much more than our daughter’s preschool teachers; they became part of our family. Carmie nurtured our daughter’s growth, allowing her to learn at her own pace while encouraging her every step of the way. Today, I have an almost six-year-old who never stops talking (and we are thrilled), but more importantly, she has confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning and curiosity that Carmie played a huge role in inspiring.

Our journey with Full STEAM Ahead Enrichment Center began 2.5 years ago in their Parent and Me program, and I can say without hesitation—it was the best decision we’ve ever made for our daughter’s early childhood education.

"If you are looking for a caring and safe learning environment look no further! We started back in Aug doing Full STEAM aheads parent and me program and my 2yr has flourished. Carmie is an amazing teacher (and all around amazing person) who personalizes her curriculum around your child to help them foster a love for learning. When my son started he was just barely learning his colors and 9-10mo’s later he can count to 30, knows his ABC’s (and recognizes some letters), can tell you the months in the year along with days of the week, and can spell his name.
